"McCloud Falls"

Discovering these magnificent falls up north near Mt Shasta was thrilling. Ofcourse, being an artist I just had to paint them. I did one of these falls previously a few years back, and I sure see the improvement in my work, thanks to taking online video mentoring classes from such a great teacher, Phil Starke. Thanks, Phil.

Catalina Park Wash

I actually see progress being made from all my hard work and studies! That's encouraging. It's a plein-air, (done on site) at Catalina State Park yesterday on a beautiful, sunny day. Would you believe it hailed here today and even snowed in the surrounding mountains?!
This one measures 8"x10" on quality archival canvas board.

Exotic Dancer

This is a larger finished painting from a previous study I did. Watching dancers on stage swinging rhythmically to the music inspired me to paint. I wanted to capture that movement in the body and in the costume.
It measures 20"x16" on quality archival canvas board.
