"McCloud Falls"

Discovering these magnificent falls up north near Mt Shasta was thrilling. Ofcourse, being an artist I just had to paint them. I did one of these falls previously a few years back, and I sure see the improvement in my work, thanks to taking online video mentoring classes from such a great teacher, Phil Starke. Thanks, Phil.

Sold American! This painting, "Gift of Love" was posted on my latest newsletter at a special price for my followers. The first responder request got the opportunity to purchase it. Congratulations!
I am currently working on a larger piece of the beautiful falls in McCloud, California. I visited there on a trip with my fellow past employees of the "Golden Umbrella". Stay toned.

Swirling Dancer

I observed this dancer at a show I attended in New Hampshire with my daughter and some of her friends. The movement and color just had to be captured.
This measures 10"x8" on quality archival canvas board. You can view more on my web site: WWW.GERIACOSTA.COM I will be sending out my newsletter VERY SHORTLY. For those who would like to sign up for it, see instructions attached.

Catalina Park Wash

I actually see progress being made from all my hard work and studies! That's encouraging. It's a plein-air, (done on site) at Catalina State Park yesterday on a beautiful, sunny day. Would you believe it hailed here today and even snowed in the surrounding mountains?!
This one measures 8"x10" on quality archival canvas board.

Exotic Dancer

This is a larger finished painting from a previous study I did. Watching dancers on stage swinging rhythmically to the music inspired me to paint. I wanted to capture that movement in the body and in the costume.
It measures 20"x16" on quality archival canvas board.
