SURPRISE AWARD WINNER

Sometimes it pays to keep on plugg'n! This painting, "Catalina Study" ,won second place at the Tucson Plein Air Painter Society's Juried Member Show in Tubac, Arizona this week. What a surprise! It inspired me to paint the previous painting. Thank you so much for viewing my blog!

Here's the finished product found on my palette box. I wasn't all that happy with this one, but I thought I'd show it anyway.....that's an artist's dilema. Some make it, some don't....I just keep on truck'n toward that masterpiece!
